Service has always been at the heart of Tommy Jackson’s life, and he brings that same passion and dedication to his work at Pearson Smith Realty. After moving to Northern Virginia to marry the love of his life, he knows firsthand what it’s like to go through big life changes and find the right place to call home. Inspired by his own experience, Tommy started his career in real estate to help others navigate their journeys with confidence—whether that means buying, selling, or finding the right rental. His approachable style and attention to detail make the process easy for his clients every step of the way.

Over the last decade, Tommy has worked with nearly a dozen nonprofit organizations, deepening his passion for serving others. This love of nonprofit work is what drew him to the Bethel Homes team, where he is excited to combine his career in real estate with a mission-driven approach. Through Bethel Homes’s “Buy One, Build One” program, a portion of every transaction goes toward building homes for families in need around the world. Being part of this vision allows Tommy to not only guide clients locally but also contribute to something life-changing globally.

Outside of real estate, Tommy is an avid reader who enjoys deep conversations about business and economics. He’s also passionate about the local coffee scene and loves discovering new shops and roasters. An active lifestyle is important to him as well—whether it’s playing or watching sports, Tommy brings the same energy and enthusiasm to the field that he does to serving his clients.
