Madeline is blessed to have been born and raised in Northern Virginia, and calls it her home today. We found Madeline on line while seeking to move into her area from long distance. It was like winning the lottery. After working with us to hone our desires and requirements she gave us several iterations of prospective properties that eventually resulted in viewings once we were able to visit the area. It took only half a day and 4 properties until she was showing us the home we bought. Thereafter she did a great job of negotiating a fair value contract, fending off a couple of attempts to get us to pay more and managing the process of pre-purchase inspection and corrective actions for issues discovered without us being in the area. This has continued even after closing as she has helped us deal with contractors addressing a couple of issues as our onsite presence thus relieving us of the burden to be present before we actually move in. As we are totally new to the region into which we are moving, she also created for us a great little directory of services, people and activities that has made life immensely easier than what would have been were we to have started from scratch on our own. As real estate transaction go, oursj was probably pretty short duration and our outlook is that this is undoubtedly because Madeline was at the hub of it. She was highly effective and even made the whole scenario (.. gasp) fun.
